Aen. 1.76Aeolus haec contrā: Tuus, Ō rēgīna, quid optēs
explōrāre labor;

Aeolus answered her: 'Your task, O queen, is to find out what you wish;

Note. haec contrā: supply dīcit. Tuus … labor: 'your task'. quid optēs explōrāre: indirect question, 'to find out what you wish'.

Aen. 1.77mihi iussa capessere fās est.

my duty is to carry out your orders.

Note. mihi … fās est: 'it is right for me'. iussa capessere: 'to carry out orders'. Aeolus accepts without question.

Aen. 1.78Tū mihi, quodcumque hoc regnī, tū scēptra Iovemque
conciliās, tū dās epulīs accumbere dīvom,
80nimbōrumque facis tempestātumque potentem.

It is you who win me whatever kingdom this is, you who win me my sceptre and Jupiter's favour, you who grant me a place at the feasts of the gods and make me master of the storm-clouds and the tempests.'

Note. The anaphora of tū … tū … tū stresses his debt to Juno. quodcumque hoc regnī: 'this kingdom, such as it is', regnī a partitive genitive. sceptra Iovemque conciliās: 'you win me my sceptre and Jupiter's favour'. epulīs accumbere dīvom: 'to recline at the banquets of the gods'. nimbōrum … tempestātumque potentem: potēns takes a genitive, 'master of storms'.
